Oswalt to offer pay cut?

Sounds to me like Astros RHP Roy Oswalt is going public to try to get the Astros to bring Jake Peavy on, offering to restructure his contract for "another arm". I'm sure the MLBPA would love that. Article on his statements and the club non-reaction here.
